Fredrick Thompson， 于2020年毕业于美国埃默里大学，获语言学文学学士学位。作为埃默里大学伍德拉夫学者项目的成员，他连续四年获得全额优秀学生奖学金。暑期期间，他获得美国国家科学基金会资助，在南加州大学和加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校与知名教授共同开展语言学课题研究。毕业后又荣获富布赖特学者奖项，赴中国台湾进行学术交流。他在艺术领域亦接受过专业训练，兼具抒情男中音歌者与现代舞者身份。2024年起任职于深圳市高级中学国际课程体系，教授AP与IB英语课程。作为语言学习爱好者，业余时间他正在研习日语、法语及粤语。

Fredrick Thompson graduated from Emory University in 2020 with a B.A. in Linguistics. He was awarded a full merit scholarship for all 4 years as a member of the Emory Woodruff Scholars Program. During his summers he received a grant from the National Science Foundation to conduct linguistics research with esteemed faculty at the University of Southern California and UC Santa Barbara. Upon his graduation he received another prestigious scholarship as a Fulbright Scholar to Taiwan. He is classically trained in the arts as well, as a lyric baritone and modern dancer. He is currently employed at Shenzhen Senior Highschool teaching AP and IB English. As an avid language learner, in his free time he is learning Japanese, French and Cantonese.
